The For Sale by Owner web sites show homes that are not represented by Realtors.
However, the owner is still trying to get the best price for his property, and one of the favorite ploys of FSBO sellers is to say
"the buyer is saving at least 3% because they aren't using an agent."
Well, saving 3% on a house that is 10% over-priced is not a deal for the home buyer!
